What we collect when you order, book or write to us, and what we never do with it.

What we collect
For an order: your name, phone number and, for delivery, your address. For a booking: name, phone, email, party size and any note you add.
We do not collect payment details on this website. In this template nothing is sent anywhere at all.

Why
Only to prepare your order, hold your table and reach you if something changes. We do not sell or rent your data.

How long
Order details for 30 days, booking details for 12 months so we can remember an allergy or a favourite table. Then they are deleted.

Stored in your browser
Your basket, your light or dark preference and your last booking stay in your browser storage. Clear it at any time in your browser settings. We use no tracking cookies.

Your rights
Ask us what we hold, to correct it or to delete it: ciao@novanta.example. California and New York residents have additional rights under state law.
